In 2010, Amanda Montford organized a committee of NAWIC volunteers to build a home in Savannah, GA through Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build program.  The NAWIC members spent a year raising over $10,000 in donations and volunteering their time to help construct the home.  Savannah Drywall and National Gypsum provided the drywall for the Women Build home.
